Stoneware bottles of this type are displayed in Monticello's cellar, where beer and cider, Jefferson's usual table drinks, were stored. The reproduction bottle is handmade by Seagrove, North Carolina potters David and Mary Farrell. Color and size will vary from piece to piece. Approx. 10"h x 4"dia.; holds more than a quart.
